A few things about us:
After all, it matters to us who our neighbors will be. And perhaps you’re curious who we are, too.
Family, to us, isn’t just a word. It’s the people we want to wake up with under the same roof.
We travel often. We love the sea — and even more, the ocean. But we’ll always choose the mountains over shopping in Dubai. And as for Georgia… it feels like we’ve explored every corner of it.
We drive beautiful cars. Simply because we appreciate beautiful things.
We enjoy good food — and equally good wine. We’re not without our flaws. But we’re real.
We read. We go to the theatre. And concerts… we rarely miss those.
We love having coffee on the rooftop — because we’re in love with this view of the city.
Our perfect evening? A table filled with friends and family, a good bottle of wine — and no one watching the time.
When we decided to build this home, we wanted all of this to be possible. Evenings with friends. Mornings with family. Coffee with a view. Silence, when you need it. And space — for living, not just for furniture.
We love having people over. We truly do. What starts as “just a quick tea” often turns into dinner that lasts well past midnight.

When we first thought about building our home, the first question we asked ourselves was simple: what would the perfect place look like?

We wanted to stay close to everything Tbilisi has to offer.
But at the same time, we kept thinking — how nice it would be to return, at the end of the day, to somewhere quiet, safe, and calm.
A place to recharge.
To reset. To be still.
And then, of course, there were the views.
We wanted them to be exceptional.
So we started looking.
We explored dozens of locations — some of the most sought-after in the city.
Many seemed promising at first.
But there was always something — something that didn’t feel quite right.
We wanted to stay close to everything Tbilisi has to offer.
But at the same time, we kept thinking — how nice it would be to return, at the end of the day, to somewhere quiet, safe, and calm.
A place to recharge.
To reset. To be still.
And then, of course, there were the views.
We wanted them to be exceptional.
So we started looking.

The building is fully completed and commissioned. No “coming soon.”

Anyone who has built in Georgia knows — finding the right construction team is a challenge in itself. So we spent months searching. Meeting, reviewing, turning people down, and starting again. It wasn’t easy. But we’re proud of the result.
We didn’t cut corners on what you don’t see. The foundation, the structure, the core — everything that cannot be changed once the building is complete. Only proven materials. Only what we trust.
At every stage, there was independent technical supervision. Not as a formality — but because we wanted to know exactly what stands behind the façade. Consistent quality control — that’s our peace of mind. And now, yours.

It’s frustrating. So we made sure it wouldn’t be part of life here. A 70-ton water reserve. A dedicated diesel generator. Full autonomy. You simply won’t notice if anything in the city goes off.
